JD Fields steel company opens new mill along Houston Ship Channel
Houston-based steel company JD Fields & Co. Inc. opened a new mill along the Houston Ship Channel.
The 130,000-square-foot spiral weld mill was developed through a joint venture between JD Fields and Turkish manufacturer HDM, which have worked together as distributors since 2012. The JDF-HDM Spiralweld pipe and pile mill is located at the Watco Greens Port Industrial Terminal in east Houston.
